We moved here from a very rural setting in SW Colorado. We were outbid on 4 properties, but we were also fine tuning our vision of what we wanted from more rural to more city. Stephanie helped us refine this vision to end up with a wonderful house in South Marquette, very convenient to the places we wanted to be convenient too. We had started our search via virtual showings while we were still in Colorado, which Stephanie and her assistant Jessica did very well. She was always very responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. And of course she helped us put together our successful bid.

Stephanie helped us find our first investment property in Marquette. We're from the Traverse City area and she made the remote process smooth - providing recorded video and live video tours. It was an aggressive market period during our search and Stephanie helped us tailor our bids to be uniquely competitive, knowing we were likely up against cash offers over asking. Jessica, her assistant, was also extremely capable and helpful if Stephanie (rarely) wasn't available. Stephanie was unbelievably responsive to my frequent questions.
